Having reopened their unmissable neon doors in 2021, Langan’s is back and ready for business – head down to Green Park, peel back the velvet veil and step inside this iconic London classic. Co-founded by Michael Caine in 1976, Langan’s has hosted an array of red carpet regulars since it’s opening – whilst the upper floor is reserved by invitation only, fortunately, the ground floor is open to us all! With decadent candelabras adorning the ceiling & beautiful artwork scaling the walls, you’ll certainly feel like an A-lister as you take your seat under shimmering lights amongst the stars.

The Food

When it comes to the food, the service & the wine, Langan’s certainly lives up to it’s reputation. To start, I ordered the chicken liver parfait, served with onion & raisin jam and grilled sourdough – this was rich and creamy, a light and savoury dish, perfectly coupled with a sweet, tart jam. For the main I ordered the Scottish salmon with sorrel sauce, which was divine. The fish was flaky and tender, cooked to perfection, complimented, rather than overpowered by the sauce.
