For one week only, Anya Hindmarch’s lovable, cuddable, chubby hearts are back in town. It’s a little reminder to us all that just because Valentine’s Day is over, doesn’t mean the loving stops!
Squished between the narrow frame of the Wellington Arch, this chubby heart looks as if it’s ready to BURST! It’s certainly an unmissable installation and has attracted the attention of locals and tourists alike – and I think that it is quite symbolic of the huge impact little gestures of love can make. So next time you step outside, make sure to wave to your neighbour, slip a few pennies into a donation box or tell someone how amazing the jacket they’re wearing looks on them! You never know how much of a difference a little loving can make – you may even brighten someone’s day.
